These are drought resistant plant in which the leaves, stems or roots have become more than usually fleshy.

Get rid of pests: if you found that your plant is attacked by pests or fungus, you will need to take steps to get rid of them. For pests use a pesticide or an organic neem oil to get rid of pests. For getting rid from fungus you have to use fungicides. You can also use homemade solutions to get rid of it.

Transplant your succulent to a new pot: if you found bumps on your succulent leaves are caused by the plant being rootbound, you have to transplant your plant into new pot. You have to choose a slightly larger pot than the current pot, pot should have good drainage system.

Cut off affected leaves: if only sum of the leaves are affected by edema, you can try cutting off the affected leaves. Make sure that you have to cut leaves by sharp knife or scissors and cut the leaves at the base. You should also avoid watering the plant for a few days after cutting off the leaves. If the succulent leaves have bumpy, leathery leaves has a waxy texture. Than you can say that your plant is overwatered. Overwatering can cause the leaves to become soft and heavy and root will be harmed.

How does fungus on succulent look like: if you found fungus on the leaves of succulent this will cause your leaves to turn black, brown yellow. Fungus will also cause white powdery substances on the leaves. Than you have to remove affected area.
